As promised, below are some before shots. Not very interesting by any means but at least now it'll show the difference with the after shots! As the weather forecast predicted, today was raining BUT the HG went out last night and wasn't in a good way this morning. In fact, he wasn't in a good way when he stumbled into the house at 3am and wanted to discuss his evening with me either! Why do men do this? They get drunk and then want to tell you about it even if you are sleeping (or in my instance, trying to sleep!) and you know they're drunk when they then proceed to repeat the same story over and over and over . . . he eventually retired to the lounge with a bowl. We all know what the bowl was for but luckily he didn't need to use it (although I believe the toilet came in handy for the same purpose!) Hehe. Needless to say, no work was done today but I have been promised a full productive day dedicated to the room tomorrow. Watch this space!

It looks like it will be a beautiful airy and bright room for bub. Now go kick hubby in the bottom and tell him to get cracking. Baby will be here before you know it. If that doesn't work then turn the water works on. He, he, he.
ReplyDeleteLooks like it will be a great room to do up hon,hope HG is working hard on it today!And then you get to do the fun stuff like pick colours and wall decos etc-YAY!Can't wait to see the finished product! Oh and at least HG was kind enough to go and sleep on the couch, I hate it when they're next to you giving off potent alcohol fumes-that's the worst!Hope the hangover wasn't too bad though xoxo

ReplyDeleteI think it's hilarious to listen to drunk people tell stories! I remember giving Duke alot of leeway when I was preg. Especially with preg hormones running the home. What a perfect blank canvass room, and a sunny corner room too! It's very exciting Haidee, I'm sure your little boy can feel how excited you are.
